I’ve been in and around water all my life. Growing up on the coast of Maine, I had the ocean as my backyard. There, I began competitive swimming — a sport I continued through my first year of college. Swimming and ice hockey were my athletic passions.
During my high school and college years, I worked at and managed community swimming pools. Our first home after getting married had a swimming pool, which helped my kids develop a love for the water. I coached competitive swimming during a few summers throughout their youth. Today, I still find my way to the pool for exercise — and also with my grandchildren, who are developing their own love of the water.
Prior to Splash, Pools by Gallagher, I owned or held executive positions in several companies where a commitment to excellence, customer service, and exceeding expectations were always focus areas that led to success.
